Hi, I'm Liz!

I'm a qualified Personal Trainer with a passion for helping women to feel stronger, healthier and more confident in themselves.

Sport and fitness have always been part of my life. I was a competitive swimmer when I was younger, and after having my children, I rediscovered my love of exercise through running. Since then, I've enjoyed challenging myself, trying new things and discovering just how rewarding being active can be.

I'm a qualified Run Leader and regularly lead sessions with a local women's running club. I love the social side of exercise and seeing women encourage each other, build confidence and achieve things they never thought possible.

These experiences inspired me to become a Personal Trainer and help others experience the benefits of being active.

I believe fitness should be enjoyable, achievable and something that fits into your life.

Whether you're completely new to exercise, returning after a break, or looking to raise your fitness to the next level, I'm here to support, encourage and help you to discover what you're capable of.

About Me

Why I Became a Personal Trainer

For me, becoming a Personal Trainer was about turning something I genuinely love into an opportunity to make a difference in other people's lives.

I know how much exercise can improve not just physical fitness, but confidence, wellbeing and how you feel about yourself.

I want to help women discover that being stronger and fitter isn't just about what you can achieve in the gym. It's about feeling capable, having the confidence to try new things and recognising just how much you're able to achieve.

There's nothing more rewarding than seeing someone surprise themselves with what they can do!

How I Can Help You

As a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and Outdoor Fitness Coach, I offer personalised training to help you build strength, improve your fitness and work towards goals that matter to you.

I'm particularly interested in women's health and wellbeing, including helping women build strength and maintain their fitness through different stages of life. I'm continuing to develop my knowledge and qualifications so I can provide the best possible support.

My approach is friendly, supportive and tailored to you. I'll take time to understand your goals, abilities and lifestyle, creating a realistic plan that works for you rather than expecting you to fit around it.

Whether we're working together one-to-one or in a group, you can expect encouragement, variety and a few challenges along the way! I'll help you build confidence, recognise your progress and most importantly, enjoy the journey!

Exercise should be something you look forward to, not another chore on your to-do list.
